2. We are not the installer

This is the most important term on this page. We do not perform installations, repairs, or any HVAC work. Installation services are provided by independent third-party contractors, drawn from our vetted partner network of licensed, insured Texas contractors.

Any contract for installation work is between you and the contractor. We are not a party to it. We do not set contractor pricing, control their scheduling, supervise their work, or guarantee their performance. Claims arising from installation work — workmanship, warranty, damage, delay, or dispute — are between you and the contractor.

We describe our business model and how we are compensated in full at how we make money.

3. Pricing information is an estimate, not a quote

Prices published on this site are estimates for typical installations based on typical pricing across our partner network. They are not offers, not quotes, and not binding on us or on any contractor.

Your actual price depends on a site evaluation and is set solely by the contractor quoting your job.

4. Rebate and incentive information

Utility rebate and tax incentive information is provided for general guidance and reflects our understanding at the time of the last update to each page. These programs change frequently, funding runs out mid-season, and eligibility requirements vary by address and equipment.

We make no representation that any rebate will be available to you or that you will qualify. Confirm current terms directly with your utility. Nothing on this site is tax advice — consult a qualified tax professional about your own situation.

5. Technical content

Sizing guidance, BTU recommendations, performance figures, and maintenance advice on this site are general information for Texas conditions. They are not a substitute for a load calculation and site evaluation performed by a licensed contractor for your specific property. Do not size or purchase equipment based solely on this site.

6. Submitting a quote request

By submitting a request through this site, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You consent to us sharing your contact details and project information with one or more licensed contractors so they can contact you about your request.
• You consent to being contacted by us and by matched contractors by phone, text, or email regarding your request.
• You are at least 18 years old and authorised to request work at the property.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or requests on behalf of someone who has not authorised it
• Use the site to harvest contact information or for any commercial solicitation
• Attempt to interfere with, scrape at damaging volume, or gain unauthorised access to the site

8. Intellectual property
